Goat Meadow Snow Play area is an informal sledding hill in the Sierra National Forest between Fish Camp and Yosemite National Park. It is a popular gathering place for tubing, sledding, and great snow play.
Access to the area off Highway 41 is a 1-mile unpaved road. Vehicles with snow chains or 4-wheel drive are often required.
At 5,200 feet in elevation, Goat Meadow is dependent on low snow levels to be at its best. Tubing and saucer runs are long enough for some great fun. Everyone brings their own saucers and tubes and perhaps a shovel to help craft the best run. A port-a-potty is available in the winter.

From Fish Camp drive 1.7 miles north on Highway 41 and then turn right onto Mt. Raymond Road. From Wawona in Yosemite National Park, drive 5.2 miles south on Highway 41 to Mt. Raymond Road.
